CoviSec provides high quality camera lenses for any application in the security and surveillane field. Please be aware that security camera lens is selected based on the desired use. A varifocal lens is nothing more than a lens with variable focal points. For instance, a 4-9mm lens means that your lens can vary in focal point from s4mm up to 9mm.
What Lens do I need?
The higher the number on the focal point, then the closer the image will appear, inversely, the lower the number, the wider teh field of view. Having said that, a 2.8mm lens would give you a wide angle field of view while a 50mm lens is a very sizable zoom on an object.
