Return Policy:
Purchases made on our website or at any outlet served by CoviSec, Coastal Video Security, Inc or Deals2all via internet, fax, telephone, catalog, mail, Purchase Order or any other way will be subject to the following return policy unless a different policy is posted for a specific transaction (i.e. auction, liquidations, AS IS, etc). By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Our pledge to you is that we will accept any return or exchange for any item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt of your order provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be still in the condition in which you received it.
- The factory packaging for that item is intact.
- All returns must be double walled in order to maintain integrity of original packaging. Do Not Mark the Original Packaging.
- You have contacted us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on all non-defective merchandise.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Spy equipment and hidden / covert cameras are non-returnable unless deemed defective, in which case we will exchange the product for the exact same product or like product if necessary.
Standard Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee unless the product is defective (See Below).
There is no restocking fee for defective products returned for an exchange of the same product, or if the return is to be used as credit for an upgraded product. The restock fee will increase to 25% if original factory packaging and accessory items are not returned or in the original condition.
Any merchandise returned to us as defective will be tested* thoroughly before a credit is issued. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. If the product is determined not defective by our testing staff, a 20% restock fee will be applied. We cannot accept returns of merchandise which has been mutilated, defaced, torn, or mishandled, even when said merchandise is defective. When we post a credit to your account, it can take up to 5 business days for you to see the credit on your account.
PLEASE NOTE: *RMA testing is on a first come first serve basis and can take up to 14 business days to complete, upon arrival.
Policy on Defective Merchandise: If you receive a product that is defective, you must first contact the manufacturer of that item to give them a chance to honor their warranty pledge. We do not accept returns of defective merchandise unless you have first contacted the manufacturer to try to troubleshoot it. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired at our discretion and made to identical specifications from original listing.
Payment Policy:

We accept payment through PayPal or credit card over our secure server, call us at 1-800-215-2294
Paypal payments with an "unconfirmed" address may delay or prevent shipping
of your goods, if your address is unconfirmed, we suggest you pay by calling us
with your credit card. Payment is expected within 3 business days after EOA. Contact us with any question. We ship from M-F and within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
There is a 7% sales tax charged to orders

Shipping Policy:
Except where otherwise noted, we ship using UPS ground (Customers may elect to expedite shipment at their cost). Shipping to anywhere other than in the contiguous US states might be restricted, Expensive or impossible, ask all questions before you bid if you will not have the product shipped to the 48 contiguous states.
