Digital Video Recorders, or DVR.

8CH DVR can accept analog, hybrid or other types of cameras. The main difference between an 8CH DVR and a 8CH NVR is the fact that one accepts analog cameras (the DVR) and the other accepts mostly network cameras (the NVR).
